Instructions on how to use a Waterpik Flosser :
Filling of the reservoir:
Fill the water reservoir with lukewarm water up to the marked level. As a quantity of water you will need for the process. Warm water is recommended as it is comfortable especially for those who have a sensitive gum. Before filling the reservoir you should flush the water out, otherwise, you can get a rush of cold water that was remaining in the line that is definitely not comfortable. Then insert the tip according to your need to the handle.
Set the pressure of the flosser to High(at least 8) after attaching the Tip. If you have sensitive gums and you are using it for the first time you may set the pressure at low and gradually increase the pressure according to your comfort. After sometimes you will get accustomed to it and use it comfortably.
Start and pause button:
It has a start and pause button where you hold the flosser. Before pushing the start button you must keep your mouth bend towards the sink so that the water doesn’t splash out and mess the surrounding. Another thing to keep in mind is that you should keep your thumb on the pause button to avoid spitting and splashing water out of your mouth. As soon as you need to spit or clean your mouth you can press the pause button and spit into the sink.
